- [Narrator] Dashboards are where most Dynamics 365 users start their day. A dashboard usually consists of data from different areas in the application, giving users an overview of all items that are relevant to them. These items could be a list of records, like a list of activities, which shows the user what they need to do but they can all contain a more visual representation of data, like a chart that shows all open cases. We learned that users with the right access are able to create their own views in Dynamics 365 customer service. This is also the case for charts, which in turn they can then insert into a personalized dashboard. Let me show you how we can access them in the application. Whenever you are on a view of records, you can see the button up top there on the command bar that's going to allow you to show a chart. So I can pick a different chart if I wanted to.
