Manage users in Configuration Manager

Manage users in Configuration Manager
- [Instructor] If you choose to manage users and devices, then what we can do is we can assign users to specific devices. What I've done is I've gone to my Windows 11 clients, as you see here, under devices in assets and compliance. And I'm going to select my one Windows 11 computer and right click on it and choose to edit primary users. By editing the primary users, I can say what software can go to this particular device as long as this user has logged into it. So here you can see the users of this device in the last 90 days is the LinkedIn administrator. I'm going to highlight that one and say, yeah, that's one of the primary users. But let's say I'd like to also add an additional primary user. I'm going to type in Jen, for instance, it found Jen's name, and I can click add. And now I've got two primary users that will be affected by any types of software updates and installations that I choose to push out.
