Where is my project file located (and how do I move it around)?
- If you've been following along, I restarted Resolve, we're back in the project manager, and I'm going to press Enter in order to open up the untitled project. Now I'll press Command or Control on a PC + S. And that brings up our save dialogue. And we're going to call this our first project. Hit save. Let's reopen the project manager with the keyboard shortcut Shift + 1. Here's my question to you. Where does this project actually physically reside on this computer? And how do I move it around? Here's the answer. If we right-click on our first project, then the contextual menu items show us how we move projects around. You use the import and export command. On export, if you've been using lookup tables or saving stills in the color page, which we talk about later, then you can use the export with stills and LUTs option. Then you take the project file you just exported, bring it to a new computer, and then use the…
