Deconstructing Fusion Titles in the Fusion page
- DaVinci Resolve Fusion, it's its own beast (laughing). It's its own visual effects compositing package, fully-featured like Nuke or any other third-party compositing program used in Hollywood. That's what you have here on the Fusion page. Because of that and because, like DaVinci Resolve, it has a very long history, and it's been in development for a very long time, it is super feature-rich, and it can be a little intimidating and overwhelming to start working in it. The good thing is the Fusion titles that ship with DaVinci Resolve are actually true Fusion comps, Fusion compositions, and we can use these Fusion titles as a stepping point to get a sense of how Fusion compositions are created. This series is not going to go into actually working in Fusion, but what I want to do is give you an entryway into understanding how Fusion works, and this entryway will probably let you know whether or not you want to spend a lot…
