Printing and plotting your AutoCAD drawings
- [Instructor] We're staying in our communication.dwg file. And what we're going to take a look at now is plotting and publishing our AutoCAD drawing. Now we're just going to plot and publish this to a single PDF file. Now I'm not going to expect you to watch me plotting it, so to speak, but I'm going to show you how to plot it. And the plotted drawing is saved in the exercise files as a PDF for you to use. You'll see the file name in a moment. Now we've got our page set up in place. We've got our title block in place. We've got all our annotative scaling in place. We've also removed that background mask on the text for the conference room label. So everything looks good, but always, always, always do one more preview before you plot. So I'm going to go into the output tab on the ribbon plot panel here. Click on preview, there's your preview. Everything is as it should be. Now the nice thing is you can plot from the preview. You can plot up here using the bar up here, there's plot…
