- [Instructor] Many years ago, I noticed a coffee mug in a coworker's desk that stated, "Management is a series of interruptions that are interrupted by a series of interruptions." I can only imagine what the coffee cup owner would think of managing an AI environment. Leadership is given weighty responsibilities related to their role designated in the AIMS that can appear as being a series of interruptions interrupted by a series of interruptions. This is because of the sheer velocity of AI tools and uses. In Clause 9.3: Management Review, top management is required to review the organization's AIMS at planned intervals to ensure it is suitable, adequate, and effective. Management is the appropriate group to observe if the AIMS accomplishes business objectives. This review must include the status of actions from previous reviews.
