- Now let's talk about the Raspberry PI software. Your Raspberry PI, and I have the PI Zero W right here, does not come with anything loaded on it. It doesn't work right out of the box. You need to add an SD card. I happen to have one here that's the official Raspberry PI SD card. And it can come pre installed with an operating system or you can do it yourself. Don't be afraid to pick up a third party SD card, you know a nice 64 gig or 128 gig so you can store a lot of stuff on it, and install the operating system yourself. It's very easy. So let me show you how that's done. We'll head over to RaspberryPI.org and you want to click on software. There's a few ways of getting it. I actually typically go through hardware and I click on documentation and right here has a nice starting guide for getting your PI up and running. And you can go ahead and click on installation. And I really like the Raspberry PI Imager tool.…
