- [Narrator] Singapore has implemented IOT throughout its infrastructure, making it one of the top smart cities in the world. Singapore government launched, a Smart Nation vision in 2014. The initiative included a large number of sensors and cameras to be deployed across the island to be used as part of the city IOT ecosystem. The initiative includes different categories of IOT utilization, like urban living, transportation, health, government, and businesses. And each has different projects like an Urban Living. There are different initiatives such as Virtual Singapore. The city is known for the development of software called Virtual Singapore, where a dynamic 3D model that enables the public, businesses, government and research agencies to develop solutions and run simulations and virtual tests using a larger scale model of the city.
