- [Instructor] The last component of deploying edge devices involves the virtual instances. Now we have two platforms we can talk about deploying with. The first one was the Viptela vEdge Cloud router, which came along with initial acquisition. It provides full support with Zero-Touch Provisioning. And what we do when we talk about how we handle the security with these virtualized instances, there's not a certificate that is installed with the software package. Instead, what we're going to do is we're going to use a one-time token, which aligns with a specific serial number for the chassis. We're going to merge that into the actual virtualized instance so that we can go through the initialization of a certificate request, and that certificate that we get will then be embedded and that's what we'll use for future authentication purposes.
