- [Instructor] In this lesson, we're going to talk about traffic data policies. Now, if you recall, traffic data policies are going to be a component of a centralized policy. So they will be underneath the traffic rules portion of the centralized policy. Now with that being said, there is only going to be one centralized policy that can be active on the fabric. So what one of the things that we're going to talk about is the ability that we can actually nest in multiple data policies and have them apply to different parts of the network, whether that's specific sites or specific VPNs. Now with that being said, when we talk about traffic data policies, there are going to be like iOS policy-based routing, but on steroids, they're so much more powerful. And so if you think about with policy-based routing, we're going to do actions based on specific network traffic.
