- [Instructor] Let's talk about the provisioning process of the Edge devices. So, all Edge devices must be under the VManaged management domain to join and participate in the fabric. This means that all devices need to exist in the VManaged device list. They could be entered manually or imported/synchronized from a Cisco Smart Account. If you're going to import them from a Cisco Smart Account, please place all devices inside the same virtual account. This will make it easier for accounting. Within that, as you place additional hardware orders, your account team should already know what your Smart Account is and the virtual account, so that information could automatically be populated and then later synchronized into the VManage. Inside of the VManage device list, it's going to consist of the hardware SKU, the chassis serial number, and the certificate serial number.
