- [Instructor] This lesson on SD-WAN policies is one of the biggest and most important lessons out there because you can do so much with it, and I just wanted to provide a closing summary of what all we've talked about. And so we're just going to bring back a couple of slides from earlier on, and the goal of this is to make your life easier and being able to influence traffic wherever it is in the network. It doesn't matter if it's physical, virtual, or even in a cloud like Google or Azure or AWS, right? The policies will still process and apply on 'em. And so within that, you could do things within the security space or application where routing and policies are not just always centralized policies, they're also going to be more of localized policies. So we went through how we could use it for routing policy, for controlling route redistribution. We'll get into quality of service here in lesson 12. We did talk about ACLs.
