- [Instructor] Now let's talk about the controller deployment options. Now, if you recall from lesson one, I brought up the fact that we can have it where Cisco is going to host the environment for you. And that's fine. When we take care of this, we'll take care of the provisioning. The CPU, the disk, and the memory. But what this lesson is going to involve is what if you want to have that ownership? And typically, I find that this is in financial institutions or government institutions. So in this environment, we're going to focus primarily on customer host environment. This is where you're providing the CPU, the disk, and the memory. You're responsible for backing up the VMs, and responsible for making sure your network connectivity is designed properly so that if you have a outage at one location, your devices can still have reachability at the other location. You're also going to be responsible for upgrading your controller software versions. But let's kind of dive a little bit…
