Cloud onRamp for Multicloud: Software Defined Cloud Interconnect (SDCI)

- In this lesson, I'm going to cover cloud on-ramp for multi-cloud interconnect. I'm going to demonstrate how simple it is to connect into AWS with Megaport. Now, the following steps must be done for software-defined cloud interconnect, also known as SDCI with Megaport. First, we need to associate the Megaport credentials. Second, we need to do the Megaport interconnect global settings. Third, we need to map the host private networks. Now the thing that's different between now and when we actually did it before with AWS, GCP, and Azure is we need to make sure that interconnect is actually enabled. Then we need to map the virtual edge devices to the cloud interconnect gateway device template. And then we'll go through the process of creating the cloud interconnect gateway, and then we'll go through creation of the interconnect connection to the cloud provider.
