How can I save an animation preset in After Effects?
- After Effects offers several animation presets. These are built-in to really jumpstart your projects but you might not have realized that you can easily save your own. By making a custom animation preset, you can definitely save time when there's something cool that you want to reuse, whether it's in a project today or something just for the future. When you animate, you'll often find yourself wanting to save some time. Repeating something so you can use it multiple instances. That's what I did here. You see that we've got the same animated logo, and it's spinning and landing in place but it feels like light is coming off of the object. Well, that's because I use the radial fast blur, and I was creating a sense of blurriness that extruded the edges. I've already started that here.
