- [Narrator] Here is the Windows Calendar app which tracks appointments and schedules. I strongly recommend that you use such an app, though it doesn't really cover all pending items or tasks, for that job, you can use the Microsoft To Do app, pop up the start menu and type To Do, two words, and open this app. If you're just starting out, you may see some suggestions. Otherwise, tasks, jobs or notes in the categories as shown on the left. These are items you need to get done but may not have a specific deadline or due date. For example, in the tasks category, I have a list of things that need to be done and that have, honestly, lingered here for months in some cases. This is my long-term Get it Done List though I did recently remove the tree stumps so I can mark that item off the list. To add a new item to the list, choose Add a Task, and I really do need to clean the garage. Press enter, and the task is added. Now…
