- [Dan] I don't think much of my email signature. It's always been two lines, either, "Cheers, Dan," or sometimes I write, "Best, Dan." For a more professional look, I can go into more details, adding company contact info, graphics, even my business card. All this stuff seems like a lot to type for every email, but Outlook can do it for you all automatically once you set up a signature. Here in Outlook, you choose File and Options to view the Options dialogue box. Choose mail, and click the signatures button. The signatures and stationary dialogue box is where you can customize a signature for each of your email accounts. You can have multiple signatures for each account. Here you see a basic signature, which admittedly is boring. It's saved as the standard signature. You can create a more professional signature, and yes, you can keep both. Choose New, and I'm going to call this new signature Professional Time to…
