Building a dashboard

- Now let's see how to create a dashboard inside of Tableau by combining visualizations and making it interactive. So this is where we're going. I want to show you the end state before we get into the details of it here. On top we have different KPIs. We have customer count, sales, quantity, sales per customer, profit, and profit ratio segmented by the different regions, central, east, south, and west. Then down below on the left we have our scatterplot where we have sales and profit by customer. Notice that it's color coded and each dot is an actual customer. So you can see which ones are the most profitable and which ones are the least. Then on the right we have our customer ranking. Here we have the different customer names, the total sales amount, and it's color coded by that profit ratio.
