- [Instructor] You can use the version history tool in Google Sheets to see the revisions that have been made to the spreadsheet and edit and work with those revisions. If you've shared your Google Sheet with others and given them editing permission, they'll be able to add to or edit the spreadsheet. It's helpful to be able to review those revisions, or you may just want to review the revisions you yourself have made to the spreadsheet. I'll show you how on the Sunshine & Location chart in the Solar Product Sales spreadsheet. Any changes that collaborators have made to the file will show up in the version history tool. Let's find out how to view the version history tool. Click File, select Version history, and select See version history. The version history tool will open up on the right side of your screen. You'll see revisions here in reverse chronological order, and you can click on them and see what the version looks like. Each collaborator is given a different revision color…
