- [Instructor] Let's take a look at some quick and easy ways to move or copy rows, columns, and groups of cells within a Google Sheets spreadsheet. I'll use this solar panel chart spreadsheet to show you how. You can follow along with the exercise file named moving in the exercise files chapter three folder. The quickest and easiest way to move rows or columns on a spreadsheet is just to click the row or column and drag and drop it into a new location. On my solar panel chart, I'll move column B so that it's the last column by clicking once on the column header labeled B until my cursor turns into a little hand. Then I can click again on that column header, and hold down my mouse, and drag that column over until I see the spot where I want it to move to highlighted. I see that highlighted, so I'll drop it. And now my solar panel size column is the last column, column C. I can do the same with rows. If I want to move rows eight and nine down to the bottom of the sheet, I will select…
