Export a report to a PDF or PowerPoint
- [Narrator] There are a couple of other ways that we can take our Power BI content and share it with other users other than printing it or saving it. One is to save it as a PDF, and this is a great thing to do for users who don't have access to Power BI, but you'd like them to be able to see one or more pages of the report. To export one or more pages, choose Export, PDF, and you have a couple of choices here. One is, do you want to use the current values? So if you have applied some cross filtering, those would be the current values. But if you want use the values that are the non-filtered values, then you would choose default values. I'm going to choose current values. I'm going to leave out any report tabs that are hidden, and there are at least two in this report that are not visible here because we're not using an editor.
