Co-brand the LinkedIn Learning platform and learner emails
- When I first navigated to my LinkedIn Learning Hub admin dashboard, you may have noticed the logo that appeared a couple times. This is the Kinetico logo, which is a fictitious company used to create this account. Now, the reason I'm pointing this out is because on Learning Hub, your organization can co-brand the platform by adding their logo, including your logo can further reinforce the idea that this is a customized learning experience for users on your platform, which will help with better engagement and activation rates. So let's take a look at how to co-brand your LinkedIn Learning hub platform if this is something you have admin permissions to do. Now, to do this, I'm going to navigate up to the top, to the me icon, and then under account settings I want to select customize. This will bring me to my settings page and I just want to make sure that up at the top I'm on branding. And notice here that it says Upload a logo to customize the learning experience. The logo will now be featured on emails to your learners as well as your learner homepage. So this is a great way to brand the platform. I can see that I already have a logo here, that's because there's one loaded on my page, but I can go ahead and change that. Now before I do that, I want to take a look over to the right where they show us a preview. Here are a couple places that the logo will appear on course cards. So when you see the courses, there will be a logo here for Kinetico. I'm going to go ahead and also on emails. So you can see here with the activation email, there will be that Kinetico logo, giving it a feel like it really is from our company. Now I can change this logo by going over here to the left and clicking on the pencil icon and then navigating to where I have that image and I can select a new image. In this case, let's say I'm going to select this logo instead. Right away when I do, I can take a look over here and see what it looks like on that learner email or a course card. Now down below you can put in your organization's name. I'm going to type in INC here, and then I'm going to go down and click on save. Now once I do that, I've now rebranded it with this new logo. You can see the logo has changed up here. That logo will appear on my course cards and emails, and if I navigate back to my dashboard, you can see it's changed here as well. So be sure to take a moment and co-brand your platform and emails. It can help them stand out and feel more personalized to your learners, helping to increase engagement rates.
