AI-powered content curation
- [Host] Let's take a look at the AI Assisted Content Curation Tool available to admins on LinkedIn Learning Hub. AI Assisted Curation allows you to input your learning goals and objectives in a conversational style, and then receive targeted content recommendations based on your prompt. This makes it easier than ever to align content with your learners' goals. Now, for general searches like finding users, groups, or managing existing content, you can still use the original search bar, which is up at the top. I'll click inside of there and I can begin typing here to do that search. However, on my admin dashboard, you'll notice that I have another search bar. Down here, it says Hello, find content and curate learning paths and collections with the help of AI. This is the AI powered Content curation tool, and in order to get started, I can click inside of here and type in my prompt. Now, they have some suggested examples here of different prompts, like how can my senior managers be better at executing and conducting change management or certification prep courses for project managers in my organization? And this brings up a good point to get the most relevant results, you want to be specific, for example, include details like the audience, the skills, and the learning outcomes. Instead of typing in leadership training here, I want to type something like leadership training for new first time managers at our organization. Now, when I'm done, I can go ahead and click search and it will begin that search looking for results that are customized to this situation. After a little while, it's telling me that it's come up with 11 results. I can see here that it's a video, a video, a course. So we have some different types of content. On the left hand side, I could filter this by the content type, the level, whether or not it has hands-on practice time to complete and more. However, in this case, I've already entered in a good prompt, so it's giving me relevant information related to that prompt. And this does look like very relevant information. Am I a manager or a leader? Understanding your leadership style, assess a new team, and so on. Now, you'll notice to the left of each of these pieces of content, they have this checkbox. And if there's any of them I'm interested in, I could go ahead and click it. Let's say I'm interested in, am I a manager or a leader, assess a new team, as well as this course here, coaching skills for leaders and managers. And once I have them selected, I can go in the upper right and click on add or Create. So here I can create a learning path, create a collection, or add to a learning path or collection that I already have. In this case, let's say I'm creating a new one, and this is going to create a learning path. It will begin creating them and add that content directly inside of here. So that is extremely convenient. Now, back inside of here, you'll also notice that when you select this, you can download a CSV with the content that you've selected in it to keep a list of that as well. So that's the new AI-powered Content Curation Tool on LinkedIn Learning. Take advantage of it. It can be a game changer in helping you quickly find and curate the most relevant content for your situation.
