Accessing Dev Mode as a developer

Once a Dev Mode link is generated and shared, developers can access Dev Mode to acquire the necessary information to translate a Figma design prototype to HTML and CSS for the native web or other platforms like Android or iOS. One last reminder that any developer who must access your Figma design file through Dev Mode should hold a full Figma design seat or a standalone seat on an organization or enterprise plan. I'm going to simply explore some of the more useful aspects of Dev Mode using my standard Figma license, which is a full design seat. As we saw in the previous video, we can use the inspect tool to select different elements on the shared design. So maybe I want to look at this nav item here. Once I choose this, I can see on the side in the inspect workspace that it is a nav item here, and it is a component instance. We can go to the main component by clicking this little icon here.
