- [Instructor] When a printed PivotTable covers more than one page, it can be difficult to remember which columns represent which data. In this movie, I will show you how to set printing options that make your printed PivotTable easier to understand. The sample file I will use is 07_02_Options, and you can find it in the Chapter07 folder of the Exercise Files collection. I have a PivotTable that breaks down orders by sales region and then by product category. And if I want to print this to a PDF file to include in a report, I could do that by pressing Ctrl P. Then, in the print interface of the backstage view, I can get a preview of the PivotTable and what it will look like printed. So I have my column labels at the top, and then data moving down to the second page. However, I lose the headers at the top of the second page, so I don't know which column represents which data.
