- [Instructor] Okay, so let's make those EVM equations. Over here, under I, I'm going to type in SPI for scheduled performance index. Then in column J, I'll do CPI for cost performance index. And then in K, I am going to write safety incident count. So for the SPI, recall that that's going to be the earned value divided by the planned value. And the cost performance is going to be the earned value divided by the actual cost. And it's always a good idea when you do these divisions just to put an if error around it. So we're going to make that zero here, and then same deal over here. And then, finally, we want to do the safety incident count. So in this case, we're going to do a count if, and the range is going to be over on safety incidents. We're just going to do the entire project list here. I'll hit comma right over here, and then we'll go back to project data and select the project name over here. So this is just going to link the two tables. If it finds that name there, that means…
