Moving, copying, and grouping sheets
- [Instructor] Sometimes you want to change the location of a sheet. For example, on the screen we're seeing the East, Midwest, South and West sheets at the bottom of the screen. I might want to move that South sheet just between East and Midwest or move them in any order that I want. And we do this not by long commands or going through a menu system, it's just click and drag. So I'll point to the South sheet, hold down the left mouse button and drag it leftward. And of course I just as easily could have dragged it to the right. Sometimes you want to make a copy of a sheet. I'm thinking of setting up a summary sheet that's going to tabulate data from all four of these regional sheets. So I'll click West and this time I'll hold down the control key and drag that sheet rightward and that tiny little icon you can probably barely see. It has a tiny plus in it.
