- [Instructor] Sometimes when you're trying to get a workbook set up, it can be tough because of things like this. I've got text here that's pretty long in each cell and I don't want to do a word wrap. Hey, if I do that, now I've got to deal with this, widening the column and dealing with the height of the rows, let's undo that. Let's see, if I double click to widen, there we go again with some other problem. I could move, let me see, I'm going to grab this and move it, I could move it here, but you know if I put something else here, then I still have to worry about the columns getting real wide on me. It often helps to put the data into a text box or a shape. So I'm going to undo this. Go to Insert, Shapes. I'm going to grab this rectangle with the round edges. Now, I want to grab this, cut and then I'm going to be real careful. V, all right, then I don't know why that does that but I hit Enter and it paste it…
