- Don, AI can be very broad, or you can customize it. Can you talk about how customizing AI can be really useful in the hiring process? - One of the great advantages to AI is you can train it yourself, nevermind what's been programmed already. All right? So "I want you to look at these 10 resumes. I want you to create a matrix for me. I want you to prioritize my concerns about this, this, and this." You get it back and say, "I see what you're trying to do. I want you to do it this way." And you can actually train it to become more accurate for what you want.
