How can customzing AI tools improve accuracy?

- Don, AI can be very broad, or you can customize it. Can you talk about how customizing AI can be really useful in the hiring process? - One of the great advantages to AI is you can train it yourself, nevermind what's been programmed already. All right? So "I want you to look at these 10 resumes. I want you to create a matrix for me. I want you to prioritize my concerns about this, this, and this." You get it back and say, "I see what you're trying to do. I want you to do it this way." And you can actually train it to become more accurate for what you want. But I'm iterating all the time when I'm using AI, and I'm instructing it. So I can instruct it to, "Also, I want you to make sure you're not relying solely on our historical demographics."
