How to create a project in Drone2Map
- [Instructor] Here is the standard project screen for Drone2Map. Now, over the years, it has changed in design, but not in functionality. Notice you have several preset options for your Drone2Map projects called Processing Templates. Now, for each of your projects, you'll need to choose one of these templates, and basically you choose between 2D and 3D-based projects. Here I'll just choose Rapid, which has settings that make processing fast, but results are a bit more coarse in resolution and less precise. Now every project needs a name, so let's go ahead and give this project a name by clicking here and choosing Chapter01. On the right, I could change the project location by clicking on the browse and resetting the folder that I want this project to go to. Here, I'm happy with this project location. In the section below is where we add in our drone imagery for the project. Now we can add images individually or we can just point to a folder where all of the images reside and pull…
