- [Instructor] The next task is to clean up the text and we are going to use Find/Change to do this. Command or Ctrl + F. And this is a query that I will run on all placed text, multiple return to single return, change all, in this case there's only one. Typically there would be more. Multiple space to single space, change all, just the one. Now let's look at the specifics of this document. I'm going to come to the Type menu and show my hidden characters. I'll zoom in and with the hidden characters shown, we see that there are a number of these characters, forced line breaks or shift returns. I want to replace those with paragraph marks. So coming to my Find/Change, we are going to find a forced line break and we are going to change that to end of paragraph, making sure that I replace what was already there and I'm searching in the whole document, change all, 32 replacements.
