- If you're an editor, one of the most common types of effects that you're going to want to do are speed changes. And there are multiple ways of doing speed changes. You've got straight up speed changes, just a 50% slow down. You've got variable speed changes. And then there are problems that can be associated, especially when you're slowing down footage and you start getting like this stuttering thing going on. So that's what we're going to look at for the next couple movies, are those various types of speed changes. And we're going to start with these simplest type of speed change. That is almost, but not quite, a single clip. Let's take a look. We're starting by importing 03-01-speed-changes that I delivered to you with the Exercise Files.
