- Now we're going to round out our discussion of controlling saturation by looking at Resolve 17's brand new HDR palette. Don't let the name fool you, high dynamic range, HDR. It can also be used in SDR workflows without a problem. I've used it successfully many times that way and I really love the saturation controls we have on the HDR palette, which is why we're going to be exploring it right now. But first, I need to get you oriented because I don't think in any of my previous training courses I've really talked about this palette.
