- The cut page has a behavior that's very unexpected and it can be very frustrating if you don't understand it. And if you're going to get proficient on the cut page, and it is worth learning how to get proficient on the cut page, you have to understand this behavior and it's the behavior of how video track one operates differently than all the other video tracks that you put above it.
