The dual behavior of the Close Up key
- [Instructor] Now the closeup edit that we had just done in the previous movie brings up an interesting behavior on many of the keys here on the speed editor, one of which is the closeup. And if you take a look, you'll notice that written on the front of the key caps are some additional commands and on the front of the closeup key cap is the Y position. So if I click and hold the closeup key and use the jog dial, I can now reframe in Y position space up and down vertically, the positioning of this shot. Now there is no alternative press and hold for left-right in the X position or in Z position for zooming. So for whatever reason the one thing you could control using the jog dial for positioning is that vertical position. But on the closeup function, that gets you halfway there. And oftentimes it's all you need. I'll show you another similar thing that you can do using the split key. So if I press and hold the split key…
