- Finally, we're going to wrap up our discussion on the Speed Editor and let's start by looking at audio levels. Yes, you can control audio levels here with the Speed Editor simply by hovering over the clip that you want to control. Press and hold audio level, and then start using your dial and you can see the audio waveforms moving up and down. Now, what I really would've liked to have seen is if this behavior was tied to the audio trim view. Remember when we have audio trim enabled, when we come in and trim, we get these really large waveforms that pop up into the screen and replaces the thumbnail videos. Unfortunately, hold down the audio levels control, it does not change the view. That would've been a nice little thing to have this command also controlled by that audio trim view, but it does not.
