Windows: Logging into Apache NiFi
- [Instructor] Here is how you can log into Apache NiFi using a Windows machine. Now, with your NiFi server up and running, you'll find that under your NiFi install directory, there is a logs directory. And within this, you should find the nifi-app logs file. These are the logs that are generated by our NiFi server. Within this file, search for the Generated keyword, and you'll find that NiFi has generated a username and password that you can use to log into NiFi. Copy this username and password over, and let's head over to the browser window where we have the Log In page for Apache NiFi. Paste in the username and password, and click on Log In, and this will take you to the main Apache page. This is what we'll be using for all our demos. Just a heads up here that since Apache NiFi is primarily used on Linux and macOS-based machines, when you run on Windows, there was no clear way to create a new username and password…
