- [Narrator] As mentioned briefly in the previous video, machine learning algorithms can help us to reveal intelligence and insights that were previously hidden to the human eye. Let's dig in and see the real power and some potential uses. As data volume grows, both in the amount of data we have but also in the breadth of information we have about each data point, it can become harder to find insights with techniques such as visualizations. When we manually create visualizations, we need to think about which data attributes we will plot against each other. For example, comparing sale with the weather on the day of the sale. But as we're collecting more information around each of those sales, we would have to manually create a lot of combinations of these data points to be able to find the trends and patterns that could really drive our business forward.
