Welcome to the data governance chapter. First off, what is data governance? This is a framework for managing our data and ensuring it is accurate, reliable, and secure. We will talk about how we can establish data policies and standards to govern how data is handled and how data management processes should be carried out. These policies will help us to ensure we meet any regulatory and compliance requirements that apply to our data, either from a location or an industry perspective.
