- [Instructor] Adding links to a PDF file can be really helpful for users to be able to navigate within and outside of the PDF file. But those links need to be appropriately tagged in order to be compliant. In this video, I'll show you how to tag links or annotations appropriately in order to meet compliance. And I want to show you, if I come over to my all tools button and I choose prepare for accessibility, I'm going to click on check for accessibility to run the checker on this document. And after this runs, you're going to notice that I have a category in here called tagged annotations failed. And if I walk through these errors, you can see that it's basically almost all of the items in my table of contents did not get properly tagged. Now, typically, when you do this type of tagging inside of Adobe Acrobat, when you create the link tags appropriately, they do properly create the link tag.
