Creating the vision for the organization
- You've got your defined corporate strategy coupled with your culture statement. You now know what you need to do and what frameworks you're going to use to do it. You should be set, right? Well, there's one more thing you have to do. It's time to create and share the vision of the future with the rest of the organization. In creating the vision, you need to first take on the role of time traveler. Imagine you can move forward in time to when the continuous improvement culture is no longer just a dream, but your new reality. What does that world look like? How has the organization changed? How has work changed? And how are the lives of your key stakeholders, your employees, your customers made better because of that change?
