- [Instructor] The ability to automatically send email to your stakeholders is very critical to any automated process. In my past companies, I have often had my bots send an email when it's starting up, I've had it calculate the estimated amount of time it's going to take to do the process and include that in the startup email. Of course, I have the bot send an email when it's finished, and sometimes I even have the bot send status updates along the way, maybe a quarter or halfway through the process, similar to the way a human worker would send status updates to their boss. So, let's dive in and see what it looks like to send email. I'll click on process to start a new process. I'll call it send email, put it in my usual spot, see development UiPath. I'll leave these as default and click on create. We get our default sequence as usual and as a best practice, I usually rename these kind of things to the process or something more specific.
