The essence of UiPath is that it provides a platform for easily automating a variety of target systems like web browsers, desktop applications, Excel, PDF, OCR, mainframe, database, and API. You won't always automate all of those target systems in every project. So let's start with a few core skills that really should occur in every project you create, things like project structure and containers, like sequences and flowcharts, bot communication, like logging messages, displaying message boxes, and sending emails. And you should also learn about looping, so you can repeat similar tasks over and over again. Then the remaining sections in this course will address those target systems plus some other basic skills that might be different on each project, like reusable workflows, variables, debugging, and orchestrator folders and assets.
