- [Instructor] All right, so as you can imagine, we want to make sure the canvas has focus. Then I'm going to click this slicer button right here. We'll go ahead and add a slicer to the canvas. And what we're going to do here is go and add some data to that slicer. So I'm going to go to my Sales Territory table, open it up, and what I'm going to do is drag my Sales Territory Continent onto the Field's bucket right here. And now we can see that we have a slicer with these values in it. The first thing I'm going to do now with formatting is click on the Format your visual. And we are going to go to Slicer settings first. And what we're going to do is go to this option right here under the options Style, and choose Dropdown. We want to make sure this is a dropdown box. And what we're going to do here now is go to the Selections sub card, and I'm going to set the Single-select switch to off. So make sure that is off.
