- [Instructor] In this section, let's go over identifying different common data center terminologies, recognizing common cloud service terminologies, and also identifying secure network design terminologies that you need to know for the rest of the material here. So whenever it comes to data centers, there's two primary options. You can either outsource the data center to somebody else, or you own your data center. And in many cases, you know, these were called co-location, you know, whenever you outsource the data center to somebody else. But nowadays, you know, we have a permutation between on-premise data centers, co-located data centers, and also, of course, the cloud, which pretty much everybody's using. One of the benefits of outsourcing these data centers is the consumption of power, right?
