- [Instructor] There will be occasions when you have something like a power surge or a power cut. You're in the middle of a drawing working on AutoCAD and everything goes black. That means that you will have to recover a drawing. So what we're going to look at here as we maintain a managed drawing health is using the drawing recovery manager to access and restore temporary files. Now, one of the default settings in AutoCAD is in the open and save settings in the options. Now, before we cover what's on the screen, I'd like you to open up just a blank drawing. Now, up until this point, you will have had your New Office Proposal_REV2.dwg file open. You don't need to worry about closing it.
