- [Instructor] We're in the environment.dwg file and in this particular video we're going to take a look at common palette interface behaviors. Now palettes are a great tool to use in the AutoCAD environment. If you want access to all of your palettes the quickest way is to go to the view tab on the ribbon and there's all the palettes that you can use there in AutoCAD in that palette's panel. Now the one that I'm going to bring up is fairly common and gets used quite a lot. It is the properties palette. There we go. There's the properties palette right there. So I'm going to bring that to towards the center of the screen and I'm going to show you how all these tools work. Now one of the lovely things about any palette in AutoCAD is that you can dock the palette. So I'm going to click and drag on the title bar of the palette.
