- The Agile Manifesto provides us with a set of values and principles to form an Agile mindset. The Agile Extension brings these together to form a set of principles for Agile analysis and help us better understand the Agile BA mindset. The first Agile analysis principle is see the whole. This principle is about seeing the big picture and understanding the context that we're working in. It's understanding why the team is doing the work. The context influences the details of the solution. Next is think like a customer. Now this principle is about understanding and seeing the solution through the eyes of the customer and their overall customer experience. One of the best ways to incorporate this principle is to embrace feedback loops from the users and customer of the solution as often as possible and then leverage the learning from their feedback to evolve the solution and an understanding of the customer on the team.
