The players and actors of user story mapping
- [Instructor] Designing a successful user story map requires input from the product owners, business analyst, UX/UI designer, developers, and testers to name a few. It is important to know who these players are and what role they play in creating a map. That way you can select the right participant when developing your user story map. The process is different for each team. Some projects develop the user story map with the product team, that's the product owner, business analyst, developer, UI/UX tester and customer. Other projects starts with a smaller group, product owner, business analyst or customer, and then share it with the development team for feedback.
