- [Instructor] Congratulations, you have successfully completed this course. You should be well prepared to develop your first user story map. At this point, we've covered a lot, and you might feel a little bit overwhelmed, and that's okay. As you are going to your product team to implement your first user story map, remember the following best practices. As mentioned in chapter two, spend some time with your customers. Develop an intimate relationship with them. Make sure you deeply understand their needs. Remember, they are the end users of the product, and should be very happy with the end result. Next, meet with the project stakeholders to decide on the product scope. Lastly, develop your user story map. Identify the epics, features, and user stories that will deliver the scope baseline.
